2. Collection and processing of personal data
a. Data when visiting the site

b. Data on request by email
If the user sends an inquiry to the provider by email, the email address is collected; further information provided by the user is voluntary. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. fb GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures). The data will not be passed on to third parties.

4. Routine deletion and blocking of personal data
The provider processes and stores personal data of the data subject only for as long as is necessary to achieve the storage purpose. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible for processing is subject.

As soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies or a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned regulations expires, the personal data will be routinely deleted.
